LOYALTY, RESPECT AND DISCIPLINE ARE VALUES THAT PARA-KARATE BRINGS ME IN ADDITION TO PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENT
✳️ From Chile and on this occasion it is Luis, who began to practice parakarate relatively recently, in 2018, who tells us the great benefits that it brings to practice it and especially the interesting relationship that for him has parakarate with kaizen… He comments that with this practice comes to highlight the best version of himself…. #karatesomostodos #parakarateeskarate #karateesparakarate.
MY LEFT LEG WAS AMPUTATED

My name is Luis Cabello Valladares, I am 38 years old and I am 7th Kyu in Karate Uechi Ryu. After the undercondyle amputation of my left leg in March 2018, I began to attend my rehabilitation at INRPAC in Peñalolen (Santiago, Chile). There I was given the possibility to attend one of the workshops offered by the center and without hesitation I chose to attend Karate.
MY FATHER PRACTICED KARATE AND I ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY
I always wanted to practice Karate, but under different circumstances I never had the opportunity to do so, although I knew what it was because my father practicalized it a few years ago.
Grasp was my surprise at starting to practice what I started to notice improvements in my strength, stability and confidence the more I trained.

THE MORE I TRAIN, THE MORE STRENGTH, STABILITY AND CONFIDENCE I ACQUIRE
I started my practice in August 2018 and in December of the same year with my Sensei William Cantillana, we attended the national karate tournament, where I got first place in my category (Men’s Wheelchair).
LOYALTY, DISCIPLINE, REST ARE OTHER POSITIVE VALUES
To this day I only keep finding positive points with the Para-Karate: loyalty, discipline, respect, and above all the endless search for the best version of oneself, the Kaizen***
