🔝SAY YES, of course, to these initiatives in which we can tod@s participate and enjoy watching those who are idols of the majority who make us sweat and do Karate. ♥️

🆙 It is a pleasure to see people who are loved for years and above all respect for the hard work they have behind, years of Karate, Karate and Karate… 😍

KARATE IS A UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE

🔝SAY YES to these initiatives, of course, that make Karate a UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE of understanding, understanding, struggle and participation of tod@s TOGETHER. Yes. ♥️

In order of appearance:

– Fernando San José for that brutal beginning (often disguise, hahahahaha) 😂😂 It is the vivid image that Karate and Humor are not at odds with Karate and Discipline/Work, they are great allies. Congratulations to you and your children for that Suparimpei!!

– Miriam Cogolludo for saying what you feel ♥️✌️ and doing Karate with that passion. Luxury anan (sweat like a chicken with her!!) 🐤🐥🐣👍 That family final to support tod@s right now, lovely 😘😘

– Valentin Marcos for teaching us to fly ✈️✈️✈️ with that Enpi jump job. Conclusion, if you make SHOTOKAN 💪 you fly, jajjaja… Spectacular.

– Yaiza Martín Abelló started with a weight job and then made a MINI KATA MIX 😳😳 We haven’t seen this champion in a long time, but she didn’t disappoint at all… (you will see Ivan’s face in some photo, hahaha…) 😂😂

-José Mateos 😍 helped his daughter 👧 teach us a Basic Kata. “In the basics is the difficulty”… 🔝🔝 A very cool job to improve from below. Very interesting.

SOLIDARITY KARATE WITH GREAT KARATE PROFESSIONALS

👉 Thank you and thank you for ADDING, because I SAY NO, NO and I will NOT get tired of repeating it… !! !️!!️
