28 Sep ANA MARÍA VALLE (17 YEARS OLD)
MY DISABILITY DOES NOT FRENAGE ME TO DO NIHON TAIJITSU OR ANY SAME THINGS OF MY AGE ✳️ Does the same things as chic@s your age: leaving, traveling… and when they treat her with grief she gets angry… Fight for an inclusive world where skills first before disabilities… With her Nihon Taijitsu practice, in addition to sport, she has lived many experiences that she details about in her history. You ole, Ana Maria 🙂
I DO NIHON TAIJITSU WITHOUT ARMS AND EVEN THOUGH I CAN’T WALK

My name is Ana María Valle Sanz, I am 17 years old and I have been practicing Nihon Taijitsu at the Anpehi Sports Club for 5 years. I was born with malformations in the limbs as I can’t walk and I don’t have arms.
Do you think this has slowed me down in my life to achieve the goals I’ve set myself or to make a normal day to day like any child my age? Not at all. I love doing things that 17-year-old boys and girls do, such as partying, traveling… In fact, when they treat me with pity, I get angry.
WITH ANPENHI I HAVE LIVED GREAT EXPERIENCES AND TRAVELS

Sport has taken a 360-degree turn to my life. When I started five years ago, I never would have imagined that I was going to contribute so much.
With Anpehi, I’ve had countless experiences and travel. The most daring trip we’ve ever made was to Jakarta, Indonesia, as we were traveling for 1 whole day by plane and eating meals that looked like otherworldly; But I have incredible memories.
CAMINO DE SANTIAGO WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
A classic in Anpehi already, is to make every year the Camino de Santiago with a person with reduced mobility and, 2 years ago, we did the Ana Challenge 2017. What I keep with special enthusiasm in my retina, is that image of a group of teenagers aged 15.16 and 17 pushing the Joelette.
INCLUSIVE ERASMUS
I have participated in several Erasmus with different countries such as: Italy, Germany, England…
Every year, I compete in the Adapted Martial Arts Championship organized in San Sebastian and, frankly, I have not been getting off the podium for 5 years.
WORLD WITHOUT LIMITS AND WITHOUT ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS
I know I can’t change the mindset of all the people who live in this world, but I can change the mindset of the people around me. One of my main objectives is to achieve an inclusive vision, in which there are not so many architectural barriers, in which we are neither more nor less but equal…
NEED FOR INCLUSIVE VISION
In short, I fight for a world without limits and without barriers, in which, we are not disabled or disabled, but people with different capacities***
