03 Feb FUNCTIONAL NORMALS, DIFFERENT FUNCTIONAL…

VISIBILITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION✴️After my first post, I guess you’re not entirely clear about the theme of the following. We can still talk about pizza, history, Roman art… but everything from my previous post has been summarized in a few words this weekend: “Visibility, diversity and inclusion” (Jesús Vidal, best supporting actor in the film “Champions”).

No, I’m not talking about the Goya Awards, I leave that to those who do the film post, I talk about disability or what is now called inclusion, functional diversity or God wants whatever it’s called… It’s like talking about Californian wicks, some tell you they’re not Californians because they’re wicks, others that it’s a color gradient, others I don’t know what… come on, Californians, hajhaha…

Functional Diversity is a new term

This new term aims to overcome negative definitions of words such as disability or disability.

I find it difficult to talk about this subject without seeming frivolous, but I have never understood very well the linguistic changes that relate to these issues. There are fears even linguistic… If we talk about Californians no one will tell you that this is not the case, but if we talk about disability many venture to comment that that term veja and has negative connotations….

I can’t tell you, actually, but on the official disability certificate it says DISABILITY…. And in certain works they ask for a certificate of MINUSVALIA because this is issued by the competent bodies… So, please, let’s start with the institutions and that false camaraderie with which they consider an “invalid.”

All the same, all different

In my opinion, the disabled himself is proud of himself being who he is, the problem we have when we think of that “poor, look at him…” No lords, it is not so, in my humble opinion and within my simple experience, I indicate to you that the greatest happiness is equal treatment to all, whatever it may be.

The skills are individual. All the same, all different. Let us please stop thinking that they are the ones who have to learn to live in society when we are terrified of treating them and even talking to them because or we are afraid not to know how to treat them or because… Poor… Please, we have to get over it!!!!

Olympic and Paralympic

This comic that I am telling you comes to bring up because in the end, we re-name by another name, Para-Karate, what in the end is and will be Karate, but good…. The same goes for other sports, so there are PARAOLIMPIADAS when in fact it is a full-fledged Olympics, but bueeenooo….  Californian mechas!!!

For-Karate, Adapted Karate, Inclusive Karate, Karate for All and Karate we are all, it is sacrifice, effort, will and tesson, whatever it is called.
