PARA-KARATE IN A REHABILITATION CENTER AS INCLUSION
My name is William Cantillana Lermanda, I am 26 years old and I am The First Dan Black Belt of the Uechi Ryu style. I practiced Karate for about 10 years and while studying Kinesiology I set out to connect this knowledge with Karate, since at one point both are rehabilitation.
PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL BENEFITS OF ADAPTED KARATE

From there the idea of implementing Para-Karate in a rehabilitation center was born in order to generate inclusion in people with disabilities to improve their physical capacity, self-esteem and quality of life. An important part of this step was my girlfriend Nicole Melgarejo, who accompanies me every class and attends those who need it.
THERE’S NO LIMIT. NO MATTER DISABILITY, AGE, PHYSICAL CONDITION …
This project has been in 1 year and 3 months, in which at least 40 people with disabilities have participated from the age of 5 to 40 years with various pathologies proving that everything is possible and it is only enough to want ***
